Community Guidelines

These Guidelines explain how we apply the Terms of Service to generations and to the Community Feed. The Terms control if there is a conflict. Publishing is opt-in, 18+, and you are the publisher of your posts — we host them.

1. You publish; we host

Private generations stay in your library until you choose to share. The moment you post to the Feed (or a public profile), other people, search engines, CDNs, and our marketing surfaces may see it. Unpublishing does not recall copies already downloaded or indexed off-platform.

2. Never allowed

Sexual or sexualised content involving anyone 17 or under — real, fictional, or AI-generated.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, “nudify” / undressing, or sexual deepfakes of real people.
NSFW / 18+ adult sexual content, even if consensual and of adults.
Political, election, partisan, or extremist campaign material.
Graphic violence, animal cruelty, terrorist or violent extremist content.
Self-harm, suicide, or eating-disorder promotion.
Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, scams, malware, spam, or engagement manipulation.
Impersonation or deceptive deepfakes of real people (including public figures) without a lawful basis and required consent.
Copyright, trademark, or other IP infringement; uploading others' personal data without a lawful basis.

3. Real people, brands, and music

If a real person is identifiable, you need their consent (or another lawful basis that actually applies) before generating and before publishing. That includes faces from reference photos. Do not clone voices or likenesses to defame, defraud, or sexually exploit. Do not drop in third-party music, logos, or footage you do not have rights to.

4. Label AI media

Feed posts are AI-generated. Do not strip our labels. If you export a clip off Genematic, you must add any disclosure required by the EU AI Act or other law in the place you publish it.

5. Enforcement

We may remove, geo-block, demonetise, or ban without a refund. CCP payments can be withheld or clawed back. We do not generally monitor the Feed, but we do act on reports, automated signals, and legal orders. Repeat IP infringement leads to termination.

6. Appeals

If we restrict your content or account and EU DSA internal-complaint rights apply, email support@genematic.ai within six months of the decision with the post URL and why the restriction is wrong. We aim to reverse well-founded complaints. This is not a court.
