Question 1

How much does Genematic cost?

Accepted Answer

Genematic runs on monthly subscriptions — Spark, Creator, Studio, and Max — starting from $12.99/mo. To try before you subscribe, there's a $1 trial: 125 tokens, valid for 7 days. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. After the trial, your chosen plan auto-renews monthly; you can cancel anytime. Active subscribers can also top up with one-time token packs that never expire.

Question 2

Does Genematic require a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Genematic is subscription-based. You can start with a $1 trial (115+ tokens, 7 days) to test the full platform before committing. Monthly plans start at $12.99. Tokens refresh each month and cost is always shown upfront before every generate, so there are no surprise charges.

Question 3

What is Genematic and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Genematic is an AI video generator that turns one photo into cinematic short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You pick a ready-made scenario, upload a photo, and Genematic runs the full pipeline — image generation, face enhancement, motion — behind the scenes. No prompts, no settings, no editing skills required.

Question 4

How is Genematic different from other AI video tools?

Accepted Answer

Most AI video tools dump a blank prompt box on you and charge $35/mo before you've shipped anything. Genematic ships ready-made scenarios that already know which models, prompts, and parameters to use — start with a $1 trial, monthly subscriptions from $12.99. You upload one photo and get a finished cinematic clip, with the exact token cost shown before you press generate.

Question 5

Which AI models does Genematic use?

Accepted Answer

Every scenario is automatically routed to the best model for the job. Image: Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, Flux 2 Pro, GPT Image 2. Video: Kling 3.0 (Pro & Standard), Kling O3 (Pro & Standard), Kling 2.6 Pro, Kling 2.5 Turbo (Pro & Standard), Kling O1, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 1.5, Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Fast, Sora 2 (incl. Pro & Remix), Happy Horse 1.1. In Custom Generation and Scenario Constructor you pick the model and settings yourself.

Question 6

Do I need to know AI prompts or technical settings?

Accepted Answer

No. Scenarios are fully automated — you choose the look you want, drop in a photo, and Genematic handles prompts, models, seeds, and interpolation. Custom Generation is available for creators who want manual control.

Question 7

What is a token and how many tokens does a video cost?

Accepted Answer

Tokens are Genematic's unit of compute. The $1 trial includes 125 tokens to explore the platform. A typical cinematic photo costs a few tokens; a 5-second AI video costs roughly 115+ tokens depending on the model, settings, and resolution. The exact cost is always shown before you generate — so you never burn tokens blindly.

Question 8

Do I pay for failed generations?

Accepted Answer

No. If a generation fails due to an internal error and no video is produced, you are not charged. If the video finishes successfully but you don't love the result, tokens are deducted because real compute was used. This is why we show scenario previews and recommend which photos to upload.

Question 9

Can I use Genematic on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Genematic is mobile-first. Most creators generate and publish directly from iPhone or Android. The full studio, scenarios, feed, and community features work in a mobile browser with no app install required.

Question 10

How long does it take to generate a video?

Accepted Answer

A photo generation usually completes in 40–60 seconds. A cinematic AI video from a scenario typically renders in 5–8 minutes depending on the chosen model and duration.

Question 11

Who owns the videos and photos I generate on Genematic?

Accepted Answer

You own the content you generate on your paid plan. You are free to use it commercially on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, client work, and paid campaigns. We never resell or train on your private generations, except generations shared to the Community Feed.

Question 12

Can I keep my generations private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every generation is private by default and only you can see it. Publishing to the community feed is an explicit, per-post choice — we never share your work without you enabling it.

Question 13

Can I build my own scenarios or AI pipelines?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Scenario Constructor is live. Chain image, enhancement, and video models into your own multi-step pipelines, then publish scenarios to the community. Authors earn 10% in tokens from every generation run through their scenario.

Question 14

Does Genematic have a referral program for influencers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share your personal referral link and you earn 10% in tokens on every subscription payment made by creators you invite. It stacks with the 10% scenario royalty, so active influencers can significantly offset their monthly cost with earned tokens.

Question 15

Which content types and aspect ratios does Genematic support?

Accepted Answer

Photos are generated in popular ratios including 1:1, 4:5, 2:3, 3:4, and 9:16. Videos support 9:16 (vertical — TikTok, Reels, Shorts), 1:1 (square), 16:9 (landscape — YouTube), and 4:3. Scenarios recommend the aspect ratio that looks best for each effect.

Question 16

Is Genematic safe to use with my photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Uploaded reference photos are used only to produce your generation and are protected by row-level access control in our database. You can delete any generation and its inputs from your account at any time. Published posts are public only if you explicitly opt in.
